Terms of Use

These rules help everyone use CTOCEND safely and comfortably.

1. Purpose

CTOCEND is a learning aid for exploring web and engineering fundamentals through play. In-game XP, levels and ranks do not certify qualifications, ability, employment, promotion or appointment as a CTO.

2. Learning content

Features, lessons and XP settings may change as we improve quality. We take care with accuracy, but content may contain errors or differ from current information. For professional decisions, also consult official sources or qualified experts.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not disrupt the service or other users, gain unauthorised access, exploit vulnerabilities, send excessive automated requests, infringe rights, or act unlawfully or against public order.

4. Intellectual property

Rights in CTOCEND lessons, text, design, logos and software belong to SUKOSHI NANAME STUDIO or the relevant rights holder. You may not reproduce or redistribute them beyond what applicable law permits.

5. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or end all or part of the service for maintenance, incidents, security or operational reasons. We do not guarantee complete retention or restoration of learning data.

6. Disclaimers and liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content or a particular learning outcome. Liability for loss caused by the operator is determined under applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability for intent, gross negligence or where exclusion is prohibited by mandatory law.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms when necessary and will announce material changes in the service. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.
